It’s A New Day
After a time of worship, we prayed for the laborers in this land, that they will be refreshed. We had a time of free worship and in the midst of this, arose a song asking the Lord to pour out His Spirit on every son and daughter, and the restoration of First Love to the hearts of many. At this moment, it felt like God was stirring hearts and fanning the flames of love. As the prayer meeting progressed, a lady present in the prayer meeting rung the bell which gave a resounding “Ding Dong!” as a prophetic act. With this prophetic act, she declared that it is a new day for Loughor. Another lady then read from Joel 2:18-32, and prayed for the church to rise up in this land. Now, the same lady who did the prophetic act, prayed a general prayer for all the Singaporeans as well as the leaders in Wales. The direction soon moved to a time where we prayed for healing in our own lives and across the nations. As we ended the meeting, we claimed the promise written in 2 Chronicles 7:14, that as we humble ourselves, turn from our wicked ways, we will hear from the Lord and He will come heal our land. As we concluded today’s prayer meeting, an assurance rested upon our hearts to see the next outpouring of the Spirit taking place not far from now; where God pours out on all flesh and to that, we can shout with a resounding “Yes and Amen!” to all that He has promised.
