Raise Up Nehemiahs
Today, we lifted up the General Election 2017 and Theresa May to God. We prayed that through this election, God will raise up His Nehemiahs to rebuild the walls in this city. We prayed for unity among the people, churches and leadership. We prayed for protection and wisdom upon Theresa May even as she runs for this election.
One of us read from,
2 Corinthians 4:4,
“In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers,
to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ,
who is the image of God.”
We prayed for God to tear down idolatry and restore the image of God to His people. We prayed that there will be hope restored to this nation – hope for the things of God, hope for the love of Christ, hope that God can and will do marvelous signs and wonders in this nation again.
